FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions on Payment

Q: Is my credit card going to be charged monthly?

A: Credit card numbers are not held by our site. Ours is a one time charge for purchase. There are never any monthly charges.

Q: How will I know my membership is about to expire?

A: Unless you are a All Access member, you will be notified when your membership is about to expire.

Q: Why don't you offer deals, or bonus packages like other sites?

A: Quite frankly, I am annoyed with sites that look and feel like an old school used car lot, or a infomercial. This is a good product, with straight forward pricing, a secure payment process, and a site that is easy to navigate. If you have an All Access membership there are future sections that you get to view and extra videos as well.

Frequently Asked Questions on Dog Behavior

Q: Do you ever counsel people over the internet?

A: I am looking into possible Skype sessions with expecting parents however (and this is a big HOWEVER) I will not be doing any type of dog personality profiling via the internet. I don't feel you can get an accurate read on a dog via the internet.

Q: Do you ever do in home visits?

A: Not at this time. I am looking into the possibility of doing some in home visits, in my area, in the future.

Q: I have several questions about my dog's behavior. Can you answer them via e-mail?

A: No, I do not answer questions about individual dog's behaviors via e-mail, blog, or Skype.

Q: Why should I become a member?

A: I am very passionate about dogs and children, I have put my heart and soul into this work. I have spent endless hours writting the curriculum and putting this program together. I also speak from experience with 5 dogs and a baby at home I actually have, been through it all!

Q: How long does it take to train my dog.

A: Anyone who tells you they can fix any dog problem in minutes is sadly mistaken. Dog training takes time, you may not want to hear that, but, it does. You have to get to know your dog's mind, and set the best system of Rewards for compliance, for your dog. Establishing the pattern of training and consistancy takes time. But seriously, taking the time to train your dog will pay off again and again.

Q: What if I don't understand one of the exercises or I have trouble with part of it?

A: I am happy to answer questions on how to perform any of the training exercises.
